I-Yarade Residence

I-Yarade Residence offers luxury-serviced apartments, which are different from a resort or hotel: this is truly a home away from home on Koh Lanta Island. Decorated by our company's own interior designer, these rooms follow a Bali-Thai style with hand picked fabrics, teak hard wood, and handcrafted furniture.

I-Yarade Appartments feature larger rooms with living room, kitchen, bedrooms, terraces, common areas, pool, Sala (Pavilion) and lush gardens. Close to the building on Koh Lanta Island, we have many great facilities such as Dreamy Spa, great Thai and European restaurants and we are situated only 300 meter from the white sandy beach of Phra Ae Beach.

Most popular are our Akara Suites in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor of the building. They are all single story flats with only 4 units on each floor. Rooms are spacious and airy with 55-60 sqm, one bedroom, twin or king size bed, one bathroom, living room, kitchen, and balcony. The I-Sawan Suites, with 1- and 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen and balcony are located in the 4th floor. The I-Yara Suite and the I-Yarade Penthouse Suite have no kitchen.

I-Yarade Serviced Apartments on Koh Lanta Island feature a swimming pool, laundry service and a wireless internet. Room Facilities include kitchen, living room, private terrace, large spacious rooms, air-conditioning, satellite T.V., hot and cold shower and a refrigerator.

I-Yarade Residence is centrally located on Koh Lanta Island with restaurants, shops and Lanta Long Beach close by. If you want to go snorkelling or scuba diving on Koh Rok Island, Koh Hai Island, Koh Chueak Island or Koh Kradan Island, you can book this at a nearby travel agency. Elephant safaris on Koh Lanta Island can be arranged to explore the nearby Mu Koh Lanta National Park and if you want to rent a car or a motorbike, we will be glad to assist you.
